My recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Mission Viejo Laguna San Juan Capistrano was a mix of highs and lows. the hotel itself is a 3-star property set in Mission Viejo, offering a welcoming space for events and a cozy breakfast area with large windows and a fireplace. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to the bedroom, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist, making the overall experience very welcoming. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a disappointing incident with the housekeeping. the sheets in my room smelled of a man's hair product and appeared dirty, raising concerns about hygiene standards. This led me to believe that the housekeeping staff may have cut corners in their rush to turn over the room. Despite this setback, the location of the hotel, just a mile from the Shops at Mission Viejo and other attractions, was convenient. the amenities, such as the outdoor patio area and access to recreational facilities like the outdoor pool and fitness center, added to the overall appeal of the property. In conclusion, Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Mission Viejo Laguna San Juan Capistrano has the potential to be a great choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and well-located accommodation. However, I would recommend addressing the housekeeping issue to ensure a consistently pleasant stay for all guests in the future.
